I was fortunate enough to spend a couple of weeks in Italy and had one of the best meals ever in Florence sitting in a piazza. It was my pre-health conscious days and I had gnocchi with a glorious creamy cheese sauce. I would eat it again if I had the chance - cheese and all. Shh...don't tell anyone! Almost everyone loves Italian food, and for good reason. Delicious tomato sauces, cheeses and herbs. Join us as we make some less known Italian dishes that are bursting with flavor and re-imagined to be healthier, but still oh, so tasty!

Dinner will follow the demonstrations so you can try all of the dishes you just learned about. The class is for practical application in daily life, it is not a gourmet cooking class. All classes are plant-based and whole-food oriented.
